I'm gonna try to strap the pulley. I can't get the bolt out with breaker bar and turning the ignition or a bosch impact torqued all the way up. I'm at work so I'm gonna try a snap on battery impact.

How long was the whole process and what is the name of any special tools.

It took me about a hour. You will need a serpentine belt stretch tool, a special drive to safely tap in the seal, and a tool to remove the harmonic balancer
