Can you take that radiator hose pipe off of the cylinder head bc my new one didn’t come with it

So can I still get coolant in the oil thru the head gasket? Or does it always go thru the pump seal?

Rad reloactes are mandatory for polaris atvs, never had any heating issues on the 700s I've installed them on. Seems to be such a common issue especially on the twin engine they just don't get sufficient cooling because the rad gets dirty being so low

Not really related but i noticed your gasoline pump vacuum went to your motor. Im currently stuck as Ive installed a new carb and it has a vacuum port. Do you cap this or install a tee to the current vacuum line going to the motor?

03 600, oil in coolant & coolant in oil just started happening. Never over heated, & weep hole is dry as a bone. Could I have a cracked block or something? Just looking for your opinion on this situation. Thanx man!

I have doubts the block was cracked. Its most likely the head gasket or the water pump seal. The 700's are known for the water pump seal leaking. I would take the water pump cover off and inspect and replace the seal. Especially if it's that old already. They are cheap. You can check the spark plugs too. If they have coolant on them then it could be the head gasket.

I have a 04 700 that had the same problem. Turned out to be the radiator and thermostat.

There is no adjustment on 700's because of the hydraulic lifters.
