@@ShevieMine yes, ours had a constant leak on our pressure valve, that’s why I had to replace it.

This is more like what not to do. U should be flushing the tank out n using a brush to clean out the sediment when u change the anode rod. And if u keep water in that tank all year around then every 6 months u should be doing a flush n anode rod change. This is why i hate suburban tanks, vs aluminium (Atwood) dometic tanks. They are more work to properly maintain. 🍻

@@SpykersB yes you are correct I do flush it, I don’t keep water in all year. I should have included that in the video as well.
