I decided to have a go at this as well and just in case anyone else wants to know the second gasket is called a water outlet gasket and on most VDJ200's is part no 16343-51010 (isn't included with the oem pump). After I put it back together, mine was weaping a little bit so I replaced it. In Aust, it was a $3 part (and shipping was $16 if you cant pick up). Also, thanks for the awesome instructional video, I had so much more hasstle getting the fan hub off though, was very tedious.

Absolute legend! Saved me a heap of time and money. I had an air bubble in my radiator after I finished topping up the coolant, the heater would run, just let her idle for half hour and it’s all good.

Awesome How-To mate, have one out in the shed that I've just had to rip the radiator out of, so this should make it a bit easier!!

Thought Id ad a tip to make things even easier. If you remove the 2 studs with a 5mm double hex socket ,you wont need to remove the thermostat tube bolts from the block . I do these in about an hour .

Great video mate many thanks. Oh, one question I noticed that the catch can hoses were running toward to the front of the vehicle where has he got the catch can mounted as I have not much room under the bonnett? Perhaps that would be a great video as many cannot afford hundreds on a kit.
@downtheshedwithbyron3 жыл бұрын
Cheers mate Yeah my mate had to run his catch can up the front due to having batteries, filters etc under the bonnet area haha
