I didn't know I was suppose to heat this up to remove it >.< i pulled some pads out; I want to try to replace them and i have uncovered some of the gold traces to try to replace pads; am i screwed?

Did I see that correctly, you left the liquid flux between the new pad and the board? How do you clean it out afterwards?

Where do you get the syringe you use for putting flux onto the project?
