I replace different iPhone battery’s at home. I buy a removal kit and new apple battery on eBay and use a blow dryer to remove the screen. Not as fantastic as your video though. Great job!

Just a tip - you don’t want to buy “new apple” batteries because they are fakes or used, Apple doesn’t sell them. Go for a reputable 3rd party battery manufacturer that is not afraid to put their name on the battery.

Such a hassle. Manufacturers should be required by law to make it easier to change the battery without special tools. Nobody has such tools at home. And not everyone has the necessary manual skills either.
