I like how you guys plug it back in with the factory wires still intact, then when you put the cover back on you show the wiring connectors replaced. Would make sense to explain why you replaced the wiring instead of skipping over it.

If the blower spins at all or spins on and off (intermittently), it is almost 100% gonna be the resistor- motors tend to be "all or nothing" propositions.

Have a question I changed my ac fuse relay , air comes on now but kinda hesitates is that a sign of a bad blower ?

Getting those screws into the holes to get that black cover back on can be a challenge...The right most one has a cup that fits over a tapered post that sticks straight down...

Is it possible to clean these to see if that's the issue. Out of the box , the cones (made of aluminum I assume?) are basically white. But pulling my resistor and the ones I see online are a dull lead color. Can these get buildup or debris causing them to fail or have symptoms?

My blower doesn’t blow at all , fuse was fine , is this the issue or need new blower

i replaced it. but the new one only had 1 pin . it works good on high settings but hardly works on low, sputtering.

9/32 socket removed the panel/cover.

problem im having is..the motor is working but there iis a short on one of the 2 wires going into the blower..looks like they unplug
