Helpful info: Notice that he pulls the power board forward towards the front of the soundlink and then slides it out towards the battery (bottom of speaker). The power board is connected to 2 boards: the little board behind the removed speaker and the big board. You need to pull it forward (or 'up' if it's laying on its back like in the video), That disconnects it from the small board behind the speaker (speaker that he pulled out). DON'T try to just force it out towards the battery or you may break the connecters to the little board behind speaker. Then you can separate it from the big board (pull it out towards battery to disconnect from big board). Then do your soldering for the new battery's attachment to the power board. Be careful to never let the wires touch each other and short out the battery (applies to both old and new batteries). To insert, push it down into the big board connection and then push both towards the back to connect to the small board that is behind the speaker. Then put everything else back together in reverse steps of how you took it apart - fix the grommet around the grill before installing it (if it came off obviously) and install it at both ends before pressing it down towards the center edges (so that the little clips click in place first). Hope that helps.

@@kingsener Thank you for making the video in the first place. It helped a lot! I had a tough time trying to get the power board out until I used a flashlight to see the rear board's connection so I figured a comment might help someone else trying to replace their battery 🤞. The video does show you do it, but it is pretty quick and easy to miss what you actually did (my speaker wire was shorter so I could barely get it out to the way ..didn't realize there was a connecter on the rear board too) Thanks again for a very helpful video. 👍
