How to replace your battery:
-Make sure your engine is off - refer to your vehicle manual to locate the battery.
-Use a wrench to loosen the bolt that holds the black negative battery cable.
-Carefully remove the cable by twisting and pulling - do not use too much force or any metal objects to pry the cable away from the battery. This can damage the cable.
-Repeat steps 2 and 3 to remove the positive (red) battery cable.
-Locate the clamp that holds the battery in place and remove it with a wrench or ratchet.
-At this point, you should be able to easily remove the battery. Careful, it will be heavy.
-It is recommended that you clean the battery tray and any corrosion on the cables using a wire brush and proper battery cleaning solution.
-To install the new battery simply repeat the steps above.
-Common Car Battery Issues & Problems - How Do You Know If Your Car Needs A New Battery?
-We have all been there, whether you leave your lights on, don't close a door completely, or leave the radio too long without your engine running. One of the most natural car problems is a dead battery.
-Check Engine Light - the check engine light usually turns on when your battery is losing charge.
-Low Battery Fluid Level - if the fluid level is low, you need to have the battery and charging system tested.
-Fluid Leaks or Corrosion - it's respectable for battery fluid and extra fluid leaks to cause excessive corrosion which is an evident sign the battery needs to be replaced. Over time, corrosion will build mostly and can be cleaned to prolong the life of your 2019 Hyundai Tucson battery.
-Delayed Engine Crank - when you attempt to start the vehicle, it takes longer than daily to roll over or start.

I had to check because I’m trying to get to the throttle body and the first video I watched said that I had to remove the battery a certain way or I’ll damage the electrical system but instead of explaining it he said to go watch his other video 🙄. Thanks for this straightforward video! We just got a 2017 model and my first question was, if we replace the battery will the radio need the unlock code? I have a 2006 Honda Civic that requires an unlock code for the radio if the power is cut. It’s an anti-theft protection. No clue why since the radio is built into the dash.

Good video but just a question, is it true that changing a car's battery like in the video, it won't reset the whole computer thing from the car? I saw videos that before disconnecting the battery terminals, they supply energy to the car through a obd2 connector. I thought of wrapping aluminium foil around the pole to make it bigger and easier to screw the connector on it but it started making sparks... Did this ever happen to you?

Milwaukee cordless screwdriver, 10mm key, 12mm key, flat manual screw driver and a lantern. :) Also, if you want, you may use Battery Terminal Protector spray, but it's optional.
