How to Replace Disc or Ratchet on KOM Xeno Rear Hub

Very nice design. I like the interchangeable ratchet, large pawls, and 2mm rotors. I'm curious about durability of the entire hub, and it's seals. A video with hub sound(I didn't find any on YT), and dealer in Poland/Europe would also be useful ;)

If you’re packing the bike in a bag, normally the discs are removed. This looks like the pawl mech is more or less disassembled to do so, is that the case?

Hi, yes this is true. It wouldn't be more difficult that normal to remove them but I personally don't usually on either type of disc. It would be more effort as you'd need to take much more care to loctite and torque appropriately.

how thick are the rotors with these hubs? some brakes require different thicknesses

Our rotors are 2mm thick. As far as we are aware all brakes are out there compatible with our rotors, if not officially. Our rotors have been tested with a multitude of brakes from different manufacturers and perform as good or better than the brands own official rotor.

@Maciej Jan Długosz Yes, but only if you calipers are compatible with rotors up to 2mm thick, most should be fine.
