I assume this would be generally the same for a 2012?

Thanks, appreciate the video, changing out my transaxel seal on my RX350 and since highlander is similar, I now know how to best remove the driveshaft.

Question: 1. Why did you guys have to do this? I suspect my 07 hybrid version is bad due to the unbearable shaking at 45+60 mph. Goes away once I let of gas. I can’t find it on my hybrid. Does it have it?

Great video, just looks like you overtightened the bolts with the impact. 27 ft/lbs isn't much and as you top off the bolts with the torque wrench it immediately beeped on most of them without them spinning at all. Otherwise very informative

Is the procedure of marking necessary if I put a whole new driveshaft, I’m working on my 2007 Sienna AWD… also do all wheels need to be up in the air to be able to rotate shaft to remove nuts? Thanks

my '02 highlander v6 awd, drive shaft is leaking at the rear differential. also when turning left i could hear some jitter. the mechanic place said, $800 to replace the pinion and drive shaft rear seal and replace with new differential oil. should i just buy a new driveshaft. the one on the suv is not original it was replaced at some point. please advise.
