This video shows you how to install an exhaust manifold on your 2003-2011 Mercury Grand Marquis. The exhaust manifold collects the combustion gasses from your vehicle's engine, and directs them to the rest of the exhaust system. Frequent heating and cooling can lead to cracks or leaks. Installing a new exhaust manifold is often the only solution.
This repair was done on a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis LS 4.6L Sedan 4-Door RWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
