Your right impact bar bracket was damaged, like mine is on left!! Would have been nice to see you change these out?? from underneath they look like they are welded to the frame but I'm sure they are not as I see them online for sale...is it the bolt that goes up thru the bottom of frame? and maybe the tow hook bolt holding it on???

Would you happen to know what size the bolts are for the side & front brackets, and the bumper to frame bolts?

I would have taken the upper bumper trim off the chrome, once the entire bumper was off, approach the upper trim from the back of the chrome bumper using a set of thin nose pliers to delicately clamp and wiggle and push them out, saves you from having to replace it, or having it not clip back in and dangle, the end clips are the most important, you surely don’t want to damage those.

I understand not showing how to clean up the brackets but why didn't you replace or clean up the brackets and bolts with a grinder with a wire wheel and little rustolem?
