Torque on aluminum wheels is 80ft. lbs. 100ft lbs on steel. That was obviously a rusty steel wheel.

The author claims that while installing the new outer tie rod end he needed to turn it 18 times as that was the number of revolutions when he removed it. Earlier in the video he showed after he heated the old tie rod end and attempted to remove it it snapped off. How could he counted the revolutions and then use that number during installation of the new one? Hmmm....? Although I think that is a good idea another would be to measure the length of exposed threads in case it snaps off from rust.

This was the dumbest idea changing mine. Without the special tool I wouldn’t be able to do it. Mine was good I should’ve never touched it…
