Hope this helps you change out and replace your seat belts in the front of your gti if the pretensioners go. Hope this helps you change out your air bag seat belts.

Very similar to a Golf MK7 even though this isn't one, thanks for the video. Needed something to go off of. Just had to remove my front seatbelts for refurbishment because the airbag deployed and the belts locked up with it.

i got front seatbelts from a jetta part out, when they arrieved the belt didnt extend... are they locked?? because thats the reason i bougth them.. mine locked after airbag went off...

Triple squares can be purchased in a multi pack usually reasonably priced depending were you are in the world. Kms tools or princess auto

Negative side of the battery, loosen the bolt on the terminal wiggle it off and tuck it off the side
