Really nice job - both the detail of, and steps involved in removal and re-install. Your lovely assistant and camera operator did a spot on job. I'm and old guy and I appreciate all the folks on KZbin willing to share their experiences in DIY to the rest of us as I don't have time of life to learn from all my own efforts and mistakes. Very nice job and looks good. If I may offer a suggestion if you decide if you ever redo the headliner: Either use some upholstery batting, or use a light colored padded headliner as a backing. The padding should help with road noise, insulation, and a factory/professional appearance (yours still looks good and should be proud).👍

How many yards did you buy for the entire headliner ?

I say I used just about 1.5 Yards in width. And 2.5 yards for the length. You should always check yourself, but those measurements should be good for a 4 door 99' jeep XJ!
