Used your video and just changed mine on my 1997 F150. Less than 5 minutes of work. Used an old 2x4 to hold the hood up for the first one, and I was done!

I Went to a Junk Yard and Found Ones For $20 bucks The Set, not bad, I couldn't find the Part anywhere and The Ford Dealer was going to Charge me $60
