You should do a video on how to replace the blend air actuator on a crown victoria or mercury gm.

Check the belt for cracks and replace it if there are any. Also check the belt tensioner to see if it may have lost some of it's tension. Also check the water pump pulley for play to see if there is play in it. If the bearings are gone in the water pump it could also cause the serpentine belt to squeal. What the difference i have a 2000 lincoln continental amd my squealing started after my alternator got replace with a used 1 im not sure if it was the belt or pulley making the noise
