Did uou notice that there are flats forged into the outer tie rod end ?I was wondering why you didnt use two wrenches to tighten the jam nut instead of torqueing the end againsts its boot.

Aren’t you supposed to raise the steering knuckle before you tight down the outter tie rod? Cause that way it’ll be constantly under stress
