When you installed the new inner tie rod end i didnt see you put on this washer that had 2 crimps on its inner circle. I got them with my new tie rods. Was trying to see from your video which was the washer went. Do you recall installing this washer and what way it goes on? Thanks

Would too much positive caster of + 0.9 on both front wheels cause excess wear on the tie rod end?

do not "hand tighten." The tie rod needs to be tightened to 76 ft/lbs. That is Ford specs. Also, if you do not do this, your pre measured "turns" when getting the outer tie rod off will not matchup with your new "hand tightened" tie rod, meaning your new one will be much longer. cheers.
