Step-by-step guide showing you how to replace the ear speaker(while keeping the original flex cable), on the Apple iPhone XS.
You are shown how to remove the screen and disassemble the iPhone XS enough so that you can get to the earpiece and replace it.
If your earpiece speaker is crackly, has low volume, gives out distorted sound or is not working alltogether and the earpiece/proximity sensor/front camera flex cable is not damaged, you should be able to fix your fault using this method.
This method preserves the original flex cable from Apple and therefore your Face ID will be working still after the repair.

Hi, I actually don't know as my soldering iron sets his temperature automaticaly ... I use the Oki Metcal MFR-1100 which has a 60W maximum output.

I just torned by mistake the earpiece flex cable, can i replace this flex cable from another original earpiece speaker and get work the face id?

I have never performed this type of repair, where the flex was torn. Please do a fair bit of research and take my advice with a pinch of salt. From what I gather it is possible to use a new OEM flex cable and move over the original parts from the one you just torn. This involves micro soldering and it is quite difficult. Depending on where you torn your cable, maybe you can scratch it at the breaking point and expose the traces and if they are not too many/complicated, maybe you can re-solder it back together even if it involves adding some insulated tiny wire.

Yes, face id still works. Using this method you only change the actual ear piece and keep the original flex cable.

No, I don't think it will work after. That flex cable is paired with the phone and as far as I know only Apple have the tools to re-pair a new cable with the phone. That's why I only replaced the ear speaker and kept the original flex cable. Aren't you able to replace just the ear speaker and solder a new one to the flex?
