Can you route them over top of the engine to the passenger side? Why do they have to go behind the engine? Most vehicles don't do that. Will it affect anything?

Yeah you can I just went them say way they had them from the factory.

Nice and easy to get to right? 3 spark plugs on each side? Bentley and Ferraris are easier

My passenger side wires won't pull through. Feels like they're snagged. Anyone else experience this?

Might be snagged on a clip or something on the back of the motor
