My 2015 kia optima has the ball joint that can not be removed can I change to this control arm instead with the removable ball joint or it won't be able to fit

What is the name of the bolt you are hammering out at 3:39? Mine was so rusted that I had to beat it out and it bent so I need to replace it. I tried search Ball Joint Mount Bolt but I can’t find it anywhere.

Pinch bolt

Pinch bolt. A trick for the rust is to just keep spinning it. And spinning it. And spinning it. And spinning it. Spin it until it spins much more freely than before, an impact is helpful. Once the impact stops really going at it with its internal hammer it'll just tap right out.

It's called a Pinch Bolt or Lower Ball Joint bolt.
