放置太久的话很可能造成低压保护。电池是已经拆下来了吗？如果有万用表的话可以尝试量一下电压，低于32v的话BMS可能已经保护了

Hi Tony, thanks for guiding us on the repairs. I changed the battery and it was blinking blue, but it continued to give me the same error as before (red wrench display on screen). Would I need to change the computer itself? Or it could be something different? If you have encountered this issue, would you mind guiding me on this? Cheers

Just asking but normally with the red wrench there is an error showing up briefly (it even beep) If you get this error number (or get it on the app) try searching what the error code it connected to (for exemple, it can be the throttle that got water damage and is giving error, or some component that have moved and causing an error)

我有个SEGWAY NINEBOT S 平衡车， 其实是GOKART PRO， 现在按电源没有反应，充电也没有反应，反正无法开机，插上充电的时候充电器一直是绿色亮灯。我把电池拆下来， 电池上面的LED灯是蓝色一闪一闪的， 电压测试也是59.4，估计这个电池没问题， 但是我又把电池装回去后，按电源键，就BEEP一下，没有任何其他反应，和断电了一样。请问大概是哪里出问题，谢谢。

这个不太好判断，原因多种。 单从电池方面，既然打开了电池，那可以测试一下单节的电压，看看一致性。 另外我记得s的电池应该是15节，满电在63左右，你可以在开盖的情况下观察一下充电的时候电池内部指示灯有无变化。

@@tony1157cn我用充电器直接对电池充电，可以正常充电，充满后是63V，电池确定是没问题， 然后我装会平衡车上，按下电源键，就BEEP一下同时亮一下就关闭了，再按也没有反应。 怎么测试是不是主板坏掉呢？谢谢。

@@德資緣 这样的话要分析就比较麻烦了，没代换配件的话只能分步检查。如果说每次装上电池按开机都有一次BEEP的话，那证明电是通到主板的；有条件拆机的话可以用万用表测一下。另外印象中S的开关机控制键是在蓝牙板上，通过线缆与主板连接，所以有条件拆机的话，这部分连线也可以检查一下。

That is battery communication failed, check the 4-pin connector that connects to the main board.

@@sherm96968 There are two cables on the battery, one of them has 2 wires, it is used to apply power. another one has 4 wires, it's the communication and charge cable. if it loosens, it can cause error 21. BTW, if something is wrong with the chip, it can cause error 21 too. try to reflash it.

@@sherm96968 The one around 2:21, white 4 pins, is the communication cable, check whether it is loosened or not. On some versions, it connects to the mainboard directly.

@@tony1157cn No, I connect using the charge port on the scooter controller that's connected to the battery. It blinks red 9 times when plugged and then stops.

Is any error code shown on the screen? (when the scooter beep, write down the number displayed on the screen. It will help to find out what is wrong)

Please help. My battery is not charge. The blue led on my old battery flashing like in your replacement battery. I replace a controller and original charger but still no indication of charging. The green led on the charger is always on.

Can you connect APP? Is there any error code? usually, the green led always on means that the bms version is not match the controller. try upgrade the firmware.

@@tony1157cn there was no light before I woke up the battery. Once I applied 12v to the white plug, the battery started blinking red (charging). After 4 hours of charging, the charger light turned green (full charged) and the battery light became solid blue. I used multimeter and the battery showed 42 volts

@@N1Norm I meet this once, two of these cells have low voltage (3.6V), and the light show solid blue (the main chip is damaged). Can you connect to the official APP? If it works, search and download a 3rd part app like Nine Dash on GooglePlay, and check the battery, all 10cells voltage can be checked. If some cells are lower than others, try charging them alone using a 4.2v li-ion charger (maybe you need to disassemble the battery)

This helped. I had to push hard(insert wooden plug a hit it with a hammer) to slide the regulator+battery out. Battery part was loose, but regulator part sit there tight.

There is some thermal glue outside the controller to conduct heat from MOSFET, be patient and careful to pushing the controller

check your front wheel and the wires, error 18 means Motor Hall sensors stuck at 0/1

blue means stand-by, slow red means charge or something went wrong(like lower voltage), and fast red means communication with the main board
