U have a 2008 Hino 268 that won't regen while moving down the road. Stopped to do a regen on the side of the road. Light flashes for regen 4 or 5 times but wont start to regen then the regen light goes out. CEL light is on now and seems to be in limp mode only allowing bout 40 mph and limiting me to 1800 rpm. What should i check to find the problem. I have no access to scan tool with DXII for Hino. Please help!!

Why are Hinos having this PM sensor issues..Someone just changed their.own at the dealer for $1300, even though the part was just $299..how do you reset the codes afterwards

Ok depend what code if u see pm sensor circuit then u replace but pm sensor incomplete just need reset because in some point didn't complete the regen successfully for example during regen driver cut off the vehicle

if done already Hino will warranty it now: email [e-mail] for reimbursement....limited to certain cab over trucks. also looks like there is a scandal involving emissions on these trucks. Thanks for making the video truck_diagnostic:)
