2013 Ford Explorer XLT, 4WD, 3.5L. Great video. Hardest part was to remove and reattach the radiator to the evaporator panel and fidgeting with having the air panel drop into the radiator tabs. If not on a lift then need to crawl underneath to remove the 9 panel screws. About 3.5 hours work. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO.

The bumper and grill assembly vary wildly between model years and trim levels, my 2015 xlt has none of the same fastener locations.

Great video 27 no mechanic experience it’s pretty simple I recommend getting hose clamp remover worth the $30/$40 and panel clippers are worth it as well $10 all at harbor freight😊

I also put all my screws in ziplock and labeled them

You didn't address the ac line under the bumper on the passenger side

Just in case it wasn't mentioned. The two 8 mm that holds the air box looks identical to the two 8mm that holds the electric fan to the radiator. Yet the air box two are just a bit longer. Don't make the mistake and use the air box screw for the fan shroud. Will turn a good day to a terrible day. It will put two small holes in the plastic of the radiator.
