We never filled it with oil or gear lube or didn't see it anyway. I just changed the bearings seals and put in a new axel. Your video was very helpful and I probably couldn't have finished the job without it. Maybe I missed the fill but I guess I can scan thru a few webpages and get what kind of lube it is takes. Thank you again for the great video. 🙏

There is no differential fluid that you have to change when you do the bearings but there is rear differential fluid there that you can change I have done mine before but if you look up pro Honda drive shaft Oil it should come up and that’s the proper stuff to use in there there is a drain bowl on the bottom and right on the top there’s a spot to fill it there’s a little plug that will come out on the side after you drain it put the drain plug back in then on the side take that one out and then fill it until it comes out from there then you’re all good

Thanks man I'm having trouble get the same bearings out on the left side just like you did pain in my azz lol.. I also seen the bearing you used online but I ordered the differential and axle bearing and seal complete kit from G&H discount atv supply hopefully they are just as good lol..

I've had them on since I posted this and havnt had no issue at all I did have trouble getting the left bearing out I would deff recommend saving some trouble and just go rent the bearing puller from any auto store I tried to just use anything I had and I just wasted time and in the end had to anyways and it's free as long as u take it back lol

Im tryna figure out how to get my swingarm bearings out cause im geting it powdercoated along with frame
@codemaninaction79744 жыл бұрын
Without looking at it I would assume you would have to remove your brake cables going back there your shock from its mounts there may be a breather hose coming up from the rear DEF then remove the boat that is covering the driveshaft going to the rear end then you should be able to pull out the swingarm bolt then it should pull right out and the driveshaft come with it should just be on a spline shaft

Awesome video. Did you take the diff out to get the swing arm side bearings out?
