How do you fix if the timing is off? My wiper only does half the window now and sits in the holder even when it isn’t off (usually only drops in when wiper’s turned off).

Do you know what the screws are called that hold the wiper motor. Mine stripped when I was pulling it off and I can't find them anywere.
