Switch the sun shades. The bumbleride logo should be on the outside and there are two snaps that snap to the outside of the stroller.

This video is maybe better than nothing at all.. Even if they just spoke to explain what they were doing it would really help. Things just appear from one frame to another.

One thing I can't stand about this stroller is the leg supports. The kids keep putting them up and you need two hands to put them back down. There's also no way to lock them in the down position.
