is this the part that controls which vents the air is coming from? my center vents on the dash are not blowing any air, but every other vent is.

What is the difference between the left side and right side blend door actuator? On my 03 accord LX, my vents only blow through thr center and I'm looking to replace the part but not sure if I need to do the right or left or both.
