Grabbed the old one out of the bin and that little plastic frame came out so easy...so sooo much easier... thanks 👍 Will be ordering the rubber button.

Great & not expensive solution to 'worn out' key fobs (12 ,years old) repair. Video certainly helped, but relatively easy fix. Thanks again

I can’t get the frame to click back in. Any suggestions?

Are the holes clear? Is the frame ok anything broken or bent?

I had the same problem but ended up 'trimming' the 4 pegs on the frame with scissors and eventually they snapped into place and the job was done !

Same, the pegs won't go in. Used as much power as I can muster but it is impossible

Hahaha we have two keys that this has happened to...we bought ywo replacement fobs as we thought it was going to be easy.... Wrong...the bloody original is a sealed unit....ended up having to cut it open with a Dremel to get the board out...what a bloody pain in the arse...this looks like the easier way to go about it.

How would you replace the battery if it was a sealed unit lol?
