Pretty easy too change a pellet controller ,did they charge you for a new one since Yoder is top of the line in pellet grills . I would think you warrenty should cover for that .

I don't understand why you had to disconnect everything in the beginning when the wires are reused. Just disconnect it at the board and it should work the same right?

Zero rust issues so far, but I do take care of my stuff. It is on my covered back porch for the most part, and cleaned regularly. I love it.
