how to replace the battery on a GoTrax Apex

Why not take the screws from under that hold the plate next to the screws that hold the battery..I got a red apex gotrax..I was looking under and noticed other screws and there are cracks telling me it can come off like it's a plate screwed on for the battery department...

Hi I have the same gotrax scooter and was trying to swap battery’s with my other gotrax and when plugging in the battery harness it made a like short sound and burned the yellow harness that connects ? But I saw when you connected the battery it didn’t do that… any help pls !

Yeah that doesn't sound right did you make sure the voltage was correct for the batteries some of the scooters come in 48 volts in summer 32 volt

Off question but , you have one. My granddaughter broke her kickstand. I've emailed GoTrax and never got an answer and , they are out of stock. So , don't know why they won't answer anyway. ( Could I bother you for the length of the kickstand ? ) I have searched all over including Amazon and everything is for a GL or GLX and , they say it will not fit an Apex Pro , crazy.

The bottom access panel goes straight to the battery. No reason to monkey around taking the tire off

How did you know the battery was bad? My kid has one and it just stoped working. The charger shows red but no power to the dash? I’m terrible when it comes to electrical any advice?

@@kg867v Wii replace the battery because it wouldn't last much over 15 minutes we could tell it was just sluggish and underpowered if the dashboard is not working it could be a loose wire inside the panel are the dashboard went out
