Each threaded connector (nut, bolt) should be torqued to a specific ft/lb value using a torque wrench. Hitting it with an impact wrench will likely over-tighten it.

You can also used Allen wrenches instead of vice grips put in there in the opening 17 socket to get the link it’s off

Cars in the rust belt, good luck getting that off without an impact. Better to replace them with a Moog end link that doesn't have that stupid hex key head on the bolt and has 2 grease zerks.

What was the miles on the vehicle? I have a 15 accord that just doesn't handle well doesn't like staying straight on the alignment. The rear feels really loose i only got 60k miles on it. But I'm wondering if struts might be why. Its pretty firm on a bounce test. The rear left wheel was in spec but I think toe or caster was pretty far from zero. I just glimpsed at the alignment sheet tech showed me cuz I thought I'd get a copy

The most important of the repair you didn’t film. I’m putting it all back together, but can’t figure out how to get the strut back into the knuckle. I’ve already seated the lower ball joint. Tightened the axle nut. Some forums are suggesting that You loosen the 2 14mm bolts of the LCA.

Good info, camera angle isn't the best, if you can reposition camera or take pictures of close up and point which bolt or nut to remove, that will improve your video quality. Thanks again
