How to replace the Fuel Filter on a Tohatsu Outboard

Looks like you put it back in with the bottom washer out of position.

You left out the water in filter red indicator and there is a small o ring inside the filter screen🥱

The filter must be pressed into the housing with it's own small o ring, not just floating around in the bowl or it achieves nothing!
