Thank you for this--have ordered the wheels. I had a Bosch 100 (Lowes) for a number of years, moved and put in a Bosch 300 with 3rd rack in December. This has driven me crazy---was considering replacing the dishwasher because it didn't seem like a problem that would be corrected--especially after I find same issue all over the net. Have wheels ordered and will try them and hope it corrects the issue or at least for a decent period of time. I love the Bosch otherwise.

Honestly, the wheels on ours still cause problems from time to time - usually with the bottom rack when it is “overloaded.”

Uhgg I just bought this dishwasher 2 months ago. Cannot believe they are still selling this product with this defective design. Watching yours fall off the track is soo irritating it happens to me in almost every load. Bosch is sending me replacement wheels that are slightly bigger that are supposed to solve the issue. It’s just baffling that they are still shipping this product with the original poorly designed wheels!!!

@@larkins621 yes new wheels that were provided by Bosch did fix the problem. Very easy fix. Works great now.

@@spartaleonidas540 i don’t have a part # because my dishwasher had the problem from day 1. I contacted Kitchenaid explained the situation and they shipped the newly designed wheels out no charge as a warranty issue. They were aware this new this model had a poor design. This was the resolution
