How to Replace the Sensor on an Elkay ezH2O Bottle Filler

For the Elkay EZH2O bottle filling stations, such as model LZS8WSLK, LZS8WSSK, EZS8WSLK, use Elkay sensor replacement part model number 98544C. For the Enhanced bottle filling stations, such as model LZS8WSLP and LZS8WSSP, use Elkay part number 1000002434. The instructions will be the same in either case.

Dude , question! There no water coming out of the filter air raider! It's clean ! And the little motor behind it makes noise and spinning, why would there be no water coming out

That's a water line problem. Make sure the valve is turned on and the filter is connected properly. Otherwise, check to make sure the water is coming to the unit properly. If you can't find the issue you will need to get a plumber involved.

I have been trying to reset the filter light on our water fountain for days and cant figure it out. We do not have a button on top like this one, but this system looks very similar to ours. Any tips?

A bit of a late response here. If it's an "enhanced" unit, (model number ends in "P") the light will reset automatically, but you have to make sure you have a filter that has an RFID tag in it - like the 51300C, and you have to make sure the RFID tag is lined up properly to work. Look for our videos on how to replace a filter. If it's a standard unit (model number often ends in K), you will need to toggle the switch that is found through the top, behind the bottle counter.
