They obviously don't know the difference between a 2004 and a 2012 rav and won't let you see how to do a 2004 will only show you 2012 ,c Because it's a lot easier

@@JM-AUTOyes the bolt to my battery bracket is stuck the same as yours, so I am going to buy the flex attachment you used for the bottom starter bolt and try again Mechanic quoted me $290 to change starter just for labour :(
