I know this repair all to well. We bought a flooded CR-V from Copart back in March 2019 I repaired all the damage but water got into the transmission. I flushed it a few times. It lasted until January then went out. (we knew it was going out for a few months) Luckily I bought a wrecked CRV for parts so i swapped that out and life is good now.

Another excellent video. You notice that this one has a much higher view count. I'll say that's because you made a title and description that is Google friendly. One of the surprises I found on KZbin is that even established channels have view counts showing viewers are 99% nonsubscribers! So title, thumbnail, and even video description need to be carefully full of keywords. As your channel grows I expect you'll grow a dedicated set of subscribers, but they need to find you first. Keep up the good work, you've got a great channel.

I have a 98awd and I was told that only a 97 or 98awd trans would work in it. I found a 98 that I had shipped. Hopefully, the job will go smoothly.

Great video! So my daughters 2005 Honda CRV transmission just went out. I found one at the junkyard for 200 bucks. I think I’m going to attempt this on my own. I’m sure I will run into some trouble through it all. Can I contact you if I need help?

Hey Z, I bought a 99 cr-v. It starts, and after putting a new harness in it and all sensors on throttle it’s running w/out giving gas. However, when I shift into any gear other than park it stalls. Any advice? My buddy said it may be crank sensor or distributor but I have yet to change.

Does is cost too much time and money to rebuild the transmission for a '97-'01 Honda CR-V? Haven't had any issues with my '97, but I usually replace things just around their service limit to avoid any therapy. Thank you for the video. Cheers

Not too sure how much it is to rebuild them but they are fairly cheap at the wrecking yard here for $180 I can find a used one in the yard

Appreciate your video. Thank you. Hoping you might help us please. Do you have any idea why our 1990 Honda Accord Auto Transmission does not shift into reverse sometimes and makes the funny clicking sound? Other times we start it and it shifts into reverse perfectly. We've flushed the AT and put the Honda fluid, check the solenoids and cleaned the small screens. Here is a video of the sound.. Thank you very much. kzbin.info/www/bejne/m33Zk6F5oK1sr5Y
