Can i change only my type c charging port without changing the entire down panel? If no, then can i replace the down panel wirh another Brand that is different from the brand of my phone?

Hey bro my problem is. My poco F3 when I plug in to my 33watts charger the MI Turbo Charge is not showing, only quick charge is showing. And I can't connect to my computer it only shows charging and my otg doesn't work. Do you know what is the problem?
