When you get ghost printing, double image, blurry image, crumpled paper, and it doesn't change after replacing the cartridge, you have to replace the rollers.

I replaced thhe fuser roller ,thanks for the video! But now sometimes the paper gets stuck in the mechanism. Any ideas why it does that? Thank you

Hello friend! Please try replacing the cartridge with new one. If the red light is still on you have to contact local service. There is a cable inside the printer which causes the red light problem and it has to be replaced.
