the clearest tutorial on KZbin! I tried and successfully chnge the fuser roller. my other hl2270 printout little wringkle on the paper, can it caused by fuser roller?

Yes, it could be caused by the fuser roller or by the paper feed rollers

Nice video again. It is normal to have lines or wrinkles in the lower fuser roller? I have two similar printers, a brother MFC-L2710DW defective one printing clearer and almost white bands after 5 pages printed and have wrinkles and lines in this orange roller. The other prints perfect, it is a MFC-L2700DW and although the lower fuser roller is dirty it is perflectly plain, no wrinkles or lines. Do you know if the printing problem I have in the first one could be related to the wrinkles in the roller? Thanks for you help and videos, very educative and helpful.

A defective fuser roller could give that problem. A dirty roller, if not too much dirty and worn, could shows no print defects

@@viandant5 Could it be changed alone? I only see complete fuser units replacement. The dirty one is working perfectly in the other printer, which is older by the way, but probably the defective one has been used more intensively. Thanks for your time and help

In a very general sense, this video is helpful. It's weird, though, because the video is called, How to 'CHANGE' Fuser Rollers...., but he actually seems to just put the same rollers back on, with the same specks of dirt. Ok, this is just for illustration, I get it, but if that dirt can cause problems, it would have been helpful to say so, and to have either used clean rollers for the reassembly or to have said that this video is just for process illustration and one should never use rollers this dirty... He also shows how to remove the thermal screw and the thermister, as if that is part of the roller changing process. If it is, the re-attaching of those parts should be included with the reassembly process. If not, it should be stated that the removal of those items is only for those occasions where that is needed. Incomplete instructions often do more harm than good.

queria saber como se testean o miden la lampara y el termistor.. ambos tienen continuidad.... la impresora la encendes y hace un autodiagnostico de 15 minutos y al imprimir imprime bien 2 hojas o 3 y se traba pero no atasca... sera fusor?

Oh man, I accidentally laminated my fusion roller because I tried printing on a heat sensitive plastic. Now my hll6200dw won't print anything. I've ordered the replacement part I need to fix it. Is there any difference in replacement technique for my model?

However, what I thought was that this would solve my Jam Rear problem on both sides, but it wasn't solved just by replacing the fusion rollers. I don't know what to do, I can't see any paper here. @@viandant5 3:50 minute you remove the fuse, connected in series to the heating lamp. But there are still two small connectors, white and blue (and the big white for the lamp). You remove one of the thermistors (in the middle, minute 4:15), but no the other thermistor on the side (in minute 2:32 you can see the white cable going to the left and another thermistor on the left), am I correct?.
