When and how did you show the vacuum line routing? Am I missing something?

Does the vacuum leak affect the brakes too? I mean the car doesn’t move at low speeds and brakes also feel mostly ineffective..(when i’m getting of the clutch in 1st the car is not moving like it used to (as these have ample amount of torque)..Right now it’s just not feeling right.. and also the brakes are not working..they somewhat feel like they’re hissing too!

It can. Brake booster is vacuum operated as well as the turbo actuator. If you have no vacuum or a huge leak it can effect all the vacuum operated systems. I would check for vacuum coming from the pump on the motor first and then start looking for leaks.
