How to replace Washer Sprayer Nozzle on a 2016 Super Duty

Join me as I replace two broken windshield washer sprayer nozzles on a 2016 Ford F350 Super Duty.

This is my third set on my 2015 F550 in 2 years. I just replaced the second drivers nozzle a month before. I believe the engine heat is killing the brittle plastic on the nozzle. Looking for an upgrade.

I have same exact problem. Maybe some insulation on it would help or a better quality plastic

Update just replaced my fourth set in less than 4 years. I bought the Ford kit that comes with washer line all the nozzles and fittings. It was around 60 or $70 this time the plastic line coming from the washer tank broke up near the hood hinge and I had to rig a piece of very small tubing to go inside the fitting and a piece of rubber hose on the outside to make the connection, I also found a whole complete kit on Amazon for around $19 that I think I will try next time this happens. It couldn’t be any worse than the Ford kit.

I replaced the whole thing alot easier then digging it out

Just replaced both nozzles and hose assembly to tank, $34 bucks, did labor myself, about a 10 min job.

Nice! Were your hoses cracked or dried out? Mine seemed pretty soft still with no leaks.

😐Will be replacing mine as well. I notices yes they are cheap and If you shut the hood too hard they can break easily.

Yeah, the plastic does not seem to handle the heat very well.

I just crushed mine into powder and dumped it out.
