I can't get the fan shroud out even with the fan removed, it won't clear the intercooler inlet/outlet, there's a coolant pipe behind it but can't get at bolts with the shroud in place to remove it

Great video, did you need to use any gasket glue with the steel water pump gasket and how do you bleed the system after the coolant has been filled up?

No gasket glue needed, just use metal gasket that comes with new water pump. No need to bleed. Just fill up water when job done.

I cant get the fan shroud out. Are there just 2 clips near the top on each side?

Hey mate, what year model was this Vito? I've watched a few other videos, and they end up removing the headlights, front bar, etc... just to access it. I'm hoping this is a 2005 model (119cdi) like mine 🤣
