Just one little omission... How do you get the seat height adjuster off? You've already done it in this video... And jacked the seat up in prep for disassembly...

You can swap the whole lower seat Base from a passenger seat to a driver seat without removing the cover

Do you know how can I fix the loose between the seats and the mounting rail? When I find a bouncy road the seats shake and make noise.

This sounds very much like a worn frame, maybe time to replace

Hi Malcolm, so glad you found the video useful! Removing the cover from the foam is usually a bit fiddly, as the cover is attached with little wire rings to the metal ribs in the foam to give shape to the seams. These can however, be replaced using small cable ties.
