I found it easier to just use a cutoff wheel and cut the old one out in about three pieces, it makes it a lot easier to remove. I put the right wheel in first, but I put it in on the left side of the track, then the left wheel, then the top wheel I put on the right side of the top track (if memory serves me). Drilling out the rivets is a fucking nightmare. Also, I didn't find it necessary to remove the speaker, probably due to cutting the old regulator out. This is not meant to be a criticism of this video at all. Everyone does it a little differently. 1A/TRQ has excellent videos and products.

Problem being, most people don't have a pneumatic riveter or hand riveter for the 1/4" rivets needed to mount the regulator nor going to spend the money for the riveter for one time use. Use 1/4" stainless or galvanized pan head bolts, 1/2" long max, with a nylon lock nut instead and feed the bolts from the inside of the door out. This also gives adjustability for the original mounting holes on the door if they've been ovaled out as they were on my '00 Blazer.

Must see video, this video gives step by step, easiest way to remove and replace the the window regulator. Very grateful for this video, thank you. My local advance auto parts employee, never mentioned or offered the pop rivets / hardware kit, had to order the hardware kit next day. Peace Crazyhorse. P.S. NOTE: I didn’t remove the speaker, but I will, before I install window regulator. As you can see it makes lining up the track arms so much more easier, with the speaker removed.. Yeah except you forgot to mention the top track has a steel "stop" at the end that's darn near impossible to bend flat, then pound back into the doors direction to then stop the top roller from immediately popping out. Yeah skip the intricate part to make a quick "easy" POP goes the top roller..mEXCEPT NOT ON MY 99 ZR2 , THERES A STEEL STOPPER AT THE END WELDED IM PLACE!! HAPPY TO SHARE THE VIDEO!!! JUST ASK

Key to getting that first roller into the channel is raising the window a bit. I saw in your video that is what you did. After struggling with this for hours with the window all the way down, that did the trick for me!

What if you can't roll the window all the way down? That's why I need to replace the regulator. How would I make it go down? It goes down about an inch and then starts to make a grinding or stuttering noise.
