How to replace wipers on Citroen DS3,C3 or most bayonet fit cars.Simple step by step

Perfect video, thanks! Changed loads of wipers on my cars over the years but didnt realise there was another type other then the hook ones. Made sense why i couldnt get the one off my ds3 now as it works in a differnt way 😂

Curiously my 2011 DS3 has (I'm pretty sure not the original, but replacements fitted by a Citroen dealer) wiper blades that attach by a clip fitting into the hole in the wiper arm, and you need a small screwdriver to lift it up to remove the blade. When I got the replacement one I assumed it was incorrect, as it looked nothing like the current one, but lo-and-behold it clips on just fine. (I came here to see how to remove it at a later date, so thanks for that.)

Perfect guide, thanks for uploading! Unfortunately didn't work for me, and had to break the old wipers off. However this video was perfect for telling me what to break. Top tip, snap the two clips off, then get a screwdriver under the body, and hit up with a hammer

I pressed, I pulled, I swore...and nothing happened....but without quite knowing how it all looked inside I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong...if anything...and if I was gonna break something! I'll give that another go now that I know how it "should" all come apart :D Thank youuuu

I found its more a case of gripping, pinching a little and pushing away from you. That bit of plastic you pinch, presses up into the wiper arm bar to hold the blade on, so pinching and pushing that bit away from the bar make its come off very easy.

My clips are very different, every video has these easy clips.. mine wont move or unclip..

My DS3 has pins through the holes on the old blades. Is this normal?

Yes some variations on how they fit depending on year of build.
