I recently bought a mobile home and the back door has basically no seal on the bottom. Im in between whether I want to replace the whole assembly or try to rig a seal for the bottom. What would you advise?

I have a construction trailer type office for my line guys at an airport. Is this the same type of door that fits on those and would it be the same procedure? It needs a couple doors.
