Mate, give us an update. Is the GiantZ pump still good? I'm wanting to buy one as well, but I was wondering about the quality. Even if it doesn't perform exactly to it's spec's, it still seems like good value

I think I bought this about 2-3 years back, and it's still kicking strong. In all honesty, Giantz is simply a Chinese branded cheap pump no different than myriads of other similar ones on say ebay or similar. I expect 3-5 years out of it then replace. But yes, no probs so far and lasting longer than my previous Aldi one which died after 2years.

​@@jelreviewsa little tip for you: get a pre filter for that water pump so debris from the tank won't kill it, you can get a pre filter from bunnings or whatever your diy hardware store is.
